Neurodiversity and neurodivergence may feel like buzz words that are thrown around, but what do they mean, and why does it matter? In this session, neurodivergent experts from Disability Belongs share their own perspectives on what it means to be neurodivergent. Neurodivergent creatives can learn how to advocate for themselves. Employers will learn how accommodations are simpler and less expensive than you might think while also maximizing productivity and employee retention.
